EvomonDex helps players search a seed Dex, track progress locally, browse locations, and check type matchups while clearly marking unofficial status, unknown data, and confidence limits.

How data is handled
EvomonDex uses original summaries and public factual references with source notes. Unknown facts are labeled TBA or Needs verification. Conflicting evidence is labeled Conflicting sources. Data freshness is shown with observed or last verified dates where available.
Local checklist only
Checklist state such as Seen, Caught, Favorite, and optional local notes is stored in your browser under evomondex.checklist.v1. The MVP does not use accounts, cloud sync, server-side checklist storage, uploads, or submission workflows.
Text/data-first by design
EvomonDex does not host official logos, game art, screenshots, maps, thumbnails, copied tables, copied prose, private exports, cookies, tokens, or secrets. The MVP uses original text summaries, plain factual fields, CSS-native visual placeholders, and public source notes.
Corrections and updates
Corrections depend on public source availability and Owner maintenance. EvomonDex does not add a submission form, moderation workflow, contact email, or public promise of update cadence unless a later Owner-authorized stage provides it.
